Subject	Question about hard shifting

Message	I have an non-turbo 300zx. Recently, it has been very hard to engage first or reverse from neutral. When I press on the clutch, I can move the shifter, however, the shifter wont go into 1st or reverse without a great amount of effort. Shifting out of / from any other gear is a little tight but not bad. What could this possibly be? Thanks for the help!
